Delivery time

Stock and delivery time are shown per product. You will always receive a track & trace number with deliveries, so that you can track your shipment and estimated delivery time online.

Delivery time in advance:

With prepayment it can take 1 to 3 working days before we have received your payment. Upon receipt of your payment, you will be notified by e-mail and your order, if in stock, will be shipped the same day.

Cancel

Canceling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been sent. If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If we have already received payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after proper receipt of the return shipment. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this ( only if you refuse the order at the door and let the delivery person take it unopened ).

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@thepowerchase.com . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Consumers have a cooling off period of 14 working days to return the product without stating reasons, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions to this are, among other things, personalized products/customization. The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.

Do you want to return the entire order? Items that have already been received must be returned to the return address below. We will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return are for your account.

The shipping costs are also for your account when returning part of your order. The purchase price of the part of the order returned by you will be refunded to you. In that case, shipping costs will not be refunded.

We advise you to choose PostNL’s parcel post when returning.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made known to us in writing. Send us an e-mail. Please state in any case your full name and order number and the items you wish to cancel, exchange or return. In order to improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason for this. You are of course not obliged to do so in accordance with the Distance Selling Act.

For the repayment of amounts already paid (in advance) we also need your bank account number. Customers from Belgium must also state the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank.

Please note:

the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you have made the payment to us. This is due to possible fraud with refunds.

Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days after return notification.
